For the past 35 years, Joyce has worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the military and healthcare industries, supporting teams and executive leadership in increasing efficiency through document and project management.
Joyce was able to leverage her proactive organizational skills and knowledge of project coordination to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency, meet and maintain industry compliance standards, and develop sustainable solutions for process improvement.
